Modernity and tradition come together in the process of developing our great wines, steel and oak combine to give maximum expression of quality to our wines…

The grape, mother material, remains the least time in the transport tanks, allowing good state arrives at its destination: the “winery”. Located within our farm is where we develop the wonderful work of transforming grapes into wine. For this process we use advanced technology steel being the major component, from our reception hopper grape until controlled fermentation tanks that make it possible to impart that peculiar character which distinguish our wines.

The aging process and aging is done in American oak casks and the typical system of the area they call “criadera”. Our wines are slowly aging in our cellars where the temperature and humidity are always constant allowing optimal conditions for breeding.
