Overo, Its name comes from the state where our vineyards are situated. It is geographically located in an unique settlement, over a hill, facing the Guadalquivir marshes and with no geographical accidents between itself and the sea, it allows the Atlantic winds to impregnate our vines with its iodine, what will be transmitted later to our wines, giving them the salinity that makes them so special and unique.
