VINEYARDS OVERO

Is uniquely located for growing the perfect grape. The vines cover the beautiful white hills of the Albarizas landscape, situated close to the marshes of the lower Guadalquivir. The soil of these white lands is ideal for growing grapes. Thanks to a slightly hardened crust, the soil´s moisture content can be maintained throughout the year in a region dominated by the light and heat of the sun. Furthermore the vines can take advantage of the waters of the Guadalquivir while the salty breezes coming in from the Atlantic Ocean cool the grapes to ensure they are perfectly ripened. Our grapes are selected from the stock by expert harvesters of the area, a tradition handed down from father to son throughout generations.
