The winery is located on our farm “Overo” steel predominates among all materials, the hopper reception, the destemmer, the pneumatic press and controlled fermentation tanks are the perfect tools to make quality wines.

1. The grapes are completely de-stemmed to get the right input of acidity required for musts, no scent or taste that may cause harm.

2. Our pneumatic press, to exert pressure on grapes, softer than other types of media, gives us a high quality grape bud, which later will be the basis of our wines.

3. In the following process, our controlled fermentation tanks will make the conversion of must to wine is made in the best possible resulting aromas and flavours are clean and nice.
